A Partnership between California State Parks and the Mendocino Area Parks Association (MAPA)

Calfornia State Parks, MAPA, and local inns are working together to raise money to restore Mendocino Headlands State Park.  Funds raised through this partnership will help to restore the Ford House, built by the founder of Mendocino., which serves as the town's visitor center.  Built in 1859, the Ford House needs a new roof, and a new foundation, and a coat of paint.   Funds will also help to repair eroded trails, install new signs and exhibits, and help provide more services for our visitors.

Giclee prints and gift cards of this painting may be purchased at the Ford House. A portion of all proceeds goes to MAPA's restoration fund for the Headlands.
